What counts as a reward event?
Any event you send that can trigger an offer or reward — order_confirmed, signup, or a custom event. Attribution lookups don't count against your quota.
Can I turn modules on individually?
Yes. Every module is opt-in and metered independently, enforced on the server. You only pay for what you enable.
Is there a free tier?
The Developer tier is free forever and includes the full API and widget SDK so you can build and prototype before you scale.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed yearly and save 20% versus paying month to month. You can switch at any time.
